Easter Activities

I love this easy idea organized by a local mom. Please donate if you attend so she can continue to provide the event.

All are welcome at this event at the Prospect Park Bandshell

Easy Weekend Activites

Brooklyn playgrounds are our best city amenity. With the forecast in the 70’s on Saturday, things will be hoping and it’s a perfect time.

Ambitious Weekend Activities

Every time I’m at Governor’s Island I’m pleased to be there but mentally it takes so much energy to get my children there. (Maybe because the ferries are both such a walk from the subway.)

Regardless with the weather on Saturday this is a great cause with volunteer opportunities. The Yard playground is also now open.

Now open from 12-5pm on Saturday and Sunday this is an affordable and fun activity. I highly recommend taking the b41 bus here as it drops you very close to the carousel. We like to walk to the Zucker Playground afterwards as well.

This free and interactive exhibit looks amazing. I’m intimidated by the thought of crowds but if you’ve got the time, it’s likely worth it!
