Brooklyn Love Fest
Need an excuse to visit Trader Joe’s? I never do!
Lots to enjoy at this festival on Saturday- I could see my son especially loving the attempts to make a bridge out of cardboard boxes!
Smith Street Arts Festival
Head over to Cobble Hill for live music, crafts, and a mini circus on Sunday!
Grab a Free Kayak
Three easy options near Brooklyn. I couldn’t find age minimums on any of these but I know my daughter kayaked last year at 6! They do provide life jackets and recommend wearing a swimsuit.
Brooklyn Bridge Park: Starts at 10 am on Saturday at 12 pm on Sunday
Hudson River Park: Explore Pier 25 playground while you’re at it too!
Red Hook Boaters: Walk up hours on Sunday 1-4pm.
